The Yeast Extracts are produced by purely natural propagation and fermentation. With an absence of chemical additives Leiber achieve high levels of amino acids, proteins and vitamins, plus a characteristic strength and variety of flavours. A wide range is available to provide a variety of tastes from broth to meat gravy, from the mildly savoury to intensive flavour enhancers.
